Our minimum levels
All employees at ACCESS LOGISTIC LLC comply to national and international laws. We require the same thing from our partners, which builds the foundation for a successful cooperation. Furthermore, we do not conduct any transportation, for which we, or our transport partner, do not hold a valid and appropriate permit or license.
Labor Law and illegal employment ACCESS LOGISTIC LLC as well as our transport partners are obligated to not violate any labour laws or pursue an illegal employment. Should a transport partner act against the law, ACCESS LOGISTIC LLC will forfeit any claims. Our transport partners are obligated to comply to legally required breaks, maximum working times, resting- and holiday times. Furthermore, their employees must be remunerated according to the national rates and minimum wage laws. Moreover, we only conduct those transports, which are, after consultation with the drivers, doable within the legal amount of time.
Any type of harassment or discrimination on the job is prohibited. ACCESS LOGISTIC LLC and its employees commit to treating every employee equally, regardless of their sex, skin color, ethnicity, disability or any other differences. We require the same of all of our partners.
One of our visions is to employ the best educated employees. This is achieved through continuous training and educations. Regular internal and external trainings are conducted. We also invest in the newest technologies in order to facilitate communication and cooperation with our partners. This way we ensure continuous quality and improvement. Through customer surveys, we monitor ourselves. We do not have a department for quality management, as the continuous improvement of quality is part of the general management service.

Particularly in the times we live in, where environmental awareness continuously rises, we are eager to make a valuable contribution. This means, we try our best to avoid empty runs and make a point of applying only the newest enginge technologies, as well as using alternative, environment-friendly and the shortest available transportation route. We treat the environment with respect and make regular contributions to environmental organizations.
