Each new employee goes through several months of training lead by internal and external trainers. Further and continuous training of our employees is what makes us special at Access Logistic. We want highly trained staff, which is motivated and ambitious. We implement only the newest technologies and have a personal mentor for each trainee during the entire training process. This is how we are taking an important step towards being the competence leader in European Network Transport.

Our experience has shown that grades and titles are not reflecting competence and commitment.
The only aspect that really counts is motivation. Everything else you will learn from us or our strategic training partners.
